Prices in euros (EUR), billed once per year and shown before tax. Any applicable tax is added on your invoice. Extra locations on Group: 60 EUR per location per year.

What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your codes keep working and show a polite holding page for 90 days, with no ads. Renew within that time and everything is back instantly, with your data intact.
Can I change where a code points at any time?
Yes, as many times as you like, on every plan. Changes are live within seconds and the printed code never changes.
Is there a limit on scans?
No. Every plan includes unlimited scans.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The camera on any phone made since 2017 reads QR codes directly.
How large should I print the code?
At least 2 × 2 cm on table tents and 3 × 3 cm on wall signs, with a clear margin of about 4 mm around the code. We send vector files, so it scales without blurring.
What data do you collect from scans?
The time of the scan, the device type and the approximate city. No names, no tracking cookies and no individual profiles.
Can I use my own domain?
On Restaurant Pro and Group, yes. Point a subdomain such as menu.yourrestaurant.com to us and we handle the certificate.
I already have codes from another provider. Can I move?
Yes. We rebuild your codes and menus free of charge. Codes printed with another provider point to that provider's domain, so those prints need replacing once.

A small Texas company with one job: your printed code should never go out of date.
Rechalk was founded in 2026 in Austin, Texas to give restaurants a QR service that fits how they actually work: menus change, prices change, promotions come and go, and reprinting is expensive. The name comes from the specials board. You rewrite the board, not the sign on the door.
We build every code with your branding, host your menus, and answer in English and Arabic. Support is by email and WhatsApp, and on Restaurant Pro and Group we run a live onboarding call and set your first codes up with you.

Terms, privacy and refunds

Terms of service
- Subscriptions are annual, paid in advance in euros, and start on the activation date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
- Plan limits (locations, number of codes, team seats) are those listed in the pricing section at the time of purchase.
- Codes may not be used for unlawful content, deceptive redirects or malware. We may suspend such codes.
- We target 99.9% monthly availability for redirects and inform customers of any incident by email.
- Renewal is never automatic. We invoice 30 days before the anniversary and renew only on your confirmation.
Privacy policy
- Scan data collected: time, device type and approximate city, derived from the IP address, which is not stored.
- No cookies are set on customers' phones and no individual profiles are built.
- Scan analytics are kept for 24 months and then deleted.
- Your contact details are used only to run your subscription and are never sold.
Refund policy
- Full refund within 30 days of first activation, on request, no questions asked.
- After 30 days, the subscription runs to the end of the paid year. You may cancel renewal at any time.
- On cancellation you keep all print files and receive your analytics as CSV.
